Can I make a purchase if I do not reside in South Africa?
If you are an international customer, please go to my Etsy shop. If you see an item in my shop that is not in the Etsy shop, contact me and I will make a custom listing for you.

I would like to see closer detail / a different angle of an item.
E-mail me with the item name / url and I will be happy to send you additional images.

How do I pay for my purchase?
Once you have completed your transaction and gone to “checkout”, you will be required to enter your contact details before you finalize the purchase. You can then either make a direct deposit or EFT into my bank account and forward me the proof of payment.
Once I have received proof of payment, your order will be sent to you.

Credit card payment option coming soon.

How does postage and packaging work?
Postage is through the South African Post Office. Each parcel has a track and trace number that I will e-mail you once I have sent it off. With this number you can check where your parcel is in the system, either by phoning SAPO on 0860111502
or through their web facility.

Postage and packaging is charged at R20 for the first kilogram, R35  for up to 2kg and R40 for up to 3kg. So the more you buy, the cheaper it becomes!

How long will my purchase take to get to me?
You can expect to receive your purchase within 2-4 working days of notification of payment being received.

What if I am not happy with my purchase?
I take care to send off every purchase in good condition and to pack items securely. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me.

Please return the item within 7 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs involved in returning the purchase.
