If you would like to purchase an item, please use the order form and specify the name of the item you would like to order. I will e-mail you within 24 hours with an invoice and my bank details. You can then do an Electronic Funds Transfer and be sure to enter my email address on your online banking page to send notification of payment to me. Once I have received notification, I will send your order within 1-3 working days.

I use the South African Post Office to mail my parcels. If the parcel is under 1kg, the cost is R19.30, if over a kilogram, it will be R31.55 for the 1st kg and R4.25 for each additional kg. All parcels are registered, which allows you to track the progress of the parcel. If you would like your order insured, you will be charged an extra 2% of the value of the item/s. When I have received the order request from you, I will include the postage cost in the invoice.

Please make sure that the item you have ordered is the item you would like to purchase. I will not consider exchanges unless the item is damaged. I take care to package all orders carefully and will need the item returned at the expense of the buyer before I can consider the extent of the damage. No refunds will be issued.

Having said all that , I have not yet had an incident of an unhappy buyer, a damaged item or lost parcel – touch wood!!
